• Processing of Insurance Savings Plans. • Client Objection Handling • Processing of Application / Proposal Documents within TAT. • To ensure to submit new business cases requirement post interacting with sales team regarding completion of pending requirement. • Correspondence with Banca Operations / Under-writing for ready to issue cases. • To ensure maximum conversion of business. • Distribution of retuned/NSA (Non Service Area) policy documents to respective sales person/manager and ensure to maintain proper log as well as to collect policy delivery receipt (PDR). • To ensure to check and verify documents or requests pertain to financial or non-financial endorsement or surrenders submitted. Details of request/documents processed daily are mentioned Below:  Financial Endorsement i.e. Change of premium , account number & Mode/premium endorse  Non-financial Endorsement: i.e. Nomination or Guardian Change, Contact updation, Corrections i.e. policyholder name/nominee name, Age admittance, Fund switching and Policy assignment /Policy reassignment.  Surrenders: i.e. Partial GENERAL (Pre/Post Sale Services)
• Coordinate with concerned sales person(s) & line manager in case of non-fulfillment of requirements within the TAT. • To ensure achievement of KSI standards by adhering the processes within defined TATs. • Apart from daily functional activities of direct reporting branch/location(s), monitor the activities of reporting BSOs. • To ensure that all reporting BSOs should update and maintain data in Pre/Post Sales Service MIS for all requests/documents received to them on every working day. • To monitoring day-to-day functional activities of all BSOs to avoid unnecessary delays and any possible audit compliance. • To ensure that all reporting BSOs are responding related emails/instructions i.e. guidelines or processes circulated by Business Strategy and Channels Operation (BSCO) as well as implementation in the respective locations. • To ensure effective control of log maintained and all queries/requests/issues should be resolved within TAT.  To Facilitate customers regarding their quires and complains  Get all pending Requirements from customers and arrange for Underwriting Department.  To ensure the recovery of Premium given to customer.
