Job Profile: Main Warehouse DIC.
 Working in Automobile spare parts section at DIC Main warehouse.
 Manage and control complete warehouse operations and reporting to national parts manager.
 Leading the team of more then 50 persons.
 Managing inventory control operations.
 Maintaining optimum stock level settings.
 Overview stock postion daily basis.
 Making stock order according to stock position.
 Putting back orders for non available parts from MOBIS.
 Sets inventory levels and reorder point quantity.
 Study seasonal demand and to plan inventory accordingly.
 Getting parts demand from branches then place order according to inventory position.
 Removing aging and slow moving parts to increase spca availability.
 Rearranging storage location to increase the warehouse space and productivity.
 Managing to achieve the maximum fill rate.
 Making packing list and arrange commercial ivoices for export parts.
 Prepare weekly monthly and annually reports for management.

 Using WPC for searching the customer desire parts we putting the registration number in wpc than system show us according to registration number complete parts detail for that specific car.
 Prepare sales invoices for the sales customer.
 Check and approved the sales invoices.
 Conducting annual audit with external stock control staff and responsible for whole stock taking process.
 Before starting annual audit we check the entire stock at the branch both in system and physically and then find out discrepancies.
 We find out where are actual difference either in system or physically shortage or excess.
 Generate transaction report for the whole year for disputed parts and trying to find out problem.
 Using WPC according to sub class of the parts like body parts electronic parts engine parts.
 E Mail correspondence with customer and management.
 Putting storage location in the oracle for newly coming parts and also change location for the parts according their correct location physically.
 Receiving parts from MOBIS which are dispatched by DIC, check the parts and make move order according to receiving.
 Receiving customer LPO for parts demand for present as well as for future and than putting parts demands according to customer LPO from where parts are available.
